Co-productions<\/h4>\n

Comp. Marius collaborates (un)regularly with other theatre companies and theatre schools. The entire working process, from text selection over translation and adaptation to mise-en-sc\u00e8ne, is then set up together, with the exception of Jan Decorte, who determines text and mise en sc\u00e8ne autonomously.<\/p>\n

Co-housing<\/h4>\n

The company’s daily operations (office, translation and rehearsal space) will be housed within a related organisation. Public space and infrastructure will be shared with visitors and host. This co-housing fosters collaborations that strengthen everyone’s identity and expertise.<\/p>\n

Collaborations with actors<\/h4>\n

When working with guest actors, the company maintains a \u2018hybrid\u2019 practice. Sometimes the entire creation process – from text selection through translation and adaptation to mise-en-sc\u00e8ne – is gone through together; sometimes text and design are determined from the start by Gramser and Van Trier; sometimes actors step into an existing production as replacements. With some guest actors we collaborate half a lifetime, other encounters are one-offs; each time they contribute to the face of the company and its vision on acting.<\/p>\n
