Against a dark backdrop of hatred and prejudice, two young souls fight for the freedom to explore love and intimacy.
In this linguistic and inclusive adaptation of Shakespeare, love is celebrated and skirts are lifted, marriages are improvised and nocturnal escapades are staged, tableware gets smashed and doors get slammed, and finally, lovers get carried to their graves.
